The more you load your card the more
chances you have of winning! The winner
will be picked at random on the 1st
of July 2012. Please note this
competition only applies to registered
cardholders.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
01. In order to enter the competition
customers must successfully load
their SWIRL card on or before the 30th
June 2012. All contestants must be
over the age of 18 and reside in the
Republic of Ireland.
02. All entries must come from
cardholders registered to a valid
address or they will be deemed
invalid.
03. Contestants can enter multiple
times as each time you load you are
entered into the draw. Loads of any
amount will be accepted. There is
no minimum or maximum amount
to be loaded in order to enter this
competition. |

04.The winner will be selected at
random on the 1st of July 2012
and will be notified no later than the
13th of July 2012. In the event
that the winner declines the prize award
Smart Transfer may award the prize
to another entrant, selected at
random.
05. Smart Transfer (trading as Swirl)
accepts no responsibility or liability for
entries or information relating to entries
that are lost.
06.By accepting the prize, the winner
grants Smart Transfer the right to use
and publish his/her name and picture
in such media as Smart Transfer may
choose (including but not limited to
the Internet) for advertising and
promotional purposes without
additional consideration.
07. The prize is not exchangeable for
cash or any other prize.
08. Customers entering this competition
will be deemed to have accepted
these terms and conditions. Entries
must be strictly in accordance with
these terms and conditions or they
will be invalid. Entries from agents/
third parties are invalid.
09. Management's decision is final. |
